Chef Paul Flynn from the Tannery Restaurant gave a wonderful cookery demo and spent some time with us chatting about our sea salts. Here is Aileen with Chef Paul Flynn at the Festival.
Kenmare Food Carnival
During the weekend of July 13th-14th, Kenmare Town in County Kerry transformed into a foodie haven for the Kenmare Food Carnival. The sun was shining, the foodies were out in force and Kenmare Town was a hive of activity for the weekend.
We had a stall at the Food Market where we met some fantastic people and we spread our Irish sea salt story. We did tastings of our new range and these went down a treat! Congratulations to the organisers of this wonderful event, we're already looking forward to next year.
